If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your goods within thirty (30) days of order confirmation if the product has not been used.
If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.
All goods must be returned unused. If good have been used, DK Stainless cannot issue a refund due to hyigene purposes. Returned items that are damaged or soiled by improper installation or misuse may not be accepted and returned to the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred with returning your purchase.

All products that are manufactured by us in stainless-steel are warranted against any manufacturing faults for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

Please note: Foreseen or unforeseen factors specific to environmental conditions caused by the location of installation of our products can be critical to the performance of our products and the materials they are manufactured from.
If you are in a coastal area (up to, but not limited, to 5km) or situated near a large bodies of salt/chlorine water (i.e., pools/spas) where the product may come into direct or indirect contact with corrosives, we would highly recommend our Marine Grade (316) Pet Rehydration Stations. This includes installations in residential, non-residential and industrial locations where the product may be stored or installed. This also includes hard water areas. We will not warrant any corrosion from 304 stations based in Western Australia.
