Winback Promotion Terms & Conditions

Winback Promotion TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DK STAINLESS PTY LTD.

1.       The Promoter is:

DK Stainless Pty Ltd. (ABN 58 611 722 993) of registered office address 24 Staple Street, Seventeen Mile Rocks, Queensland, Australia, 4073.

The abovementioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter’.

2.       Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the promotion shall not be permitted to enter the promotion.
3.       To enter the promotion an entrant must subscribe (opt-in) to the Promoters mailing list and newsletter. By subscribing, the entrant agrees to receive marketing emails or SMS marketing text messages from the Promoter. The entrant can unsubscribe (opt-out) of the Promoters mailing list and newsletter at any time (see clause 6).
4.       Promotion will be drawn on the first week of every month until the promotion is closed. Winner will be contacted immediately after prize drawing via email address provided and publicly announced once the prize has been claimed. All entries are valid until the point of prize drawing – entries after the point of prize drawing will not be carried over to the next prize draw the following month.
5.       No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6.       The rules of the promotion and prize for each winner are as follows:

•         For each email address/details provided upon subscription (opt-in) the entrant shall receive 1 entry into that month’s draw.
•         The email address must be valid (not suppressed).
•         If the entrant unsubscribes (opt-out) within the drawing of their month's subscription (opt-in) they will be disqualified for the draw.
•         The entrant is encouraged to actively check/open emails from the Promoter.
•         The entrant must purchase a Pet Rehydration Station™ within the month of subscription (opt-in) to be in the draw.
•         The entrant can unsubscribe (opt-out) of the Promoters mailing list and newsletter at any time after their month's draw.
•         The Promoter will randomly draw 1 winner on the first week of every month until promotion is closed.
•         The Promoter has the right to redraw at their discretion if any of the above rules or Terms and Conditions of this promotion are breached.
•         This promotion is only valid to entrants from Australia, New Zealand, and the United States of America.

The winning entrant will receive cashback for x1 (one) Pet Rehydration Station™ in their order. Additional products and items purchased will be excluded from this promotion. 

Shipping costs are not included - all shipping costs are non-refundable as per our Shipping & Returns Terms & Conditions.

Please Note: This winback promotion is only valid for standard Pet Rehydration Station™ products (i.e., Stainless Steel Grade 304 and 316 Pet Rehydration Station™ XS, Standard, XL and XXL) and does not include combo deals/value bundles, powder coating, custom items, bulk quantity orders and other products available from www.dkstainless.com.au (Australia/New Zealand) or www.dk-stainless.com (United States of America/Worldwide).

7.       The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
8.       The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion.
9.       No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Delays may occur subject to product availability or during sales and event periods.
10.   Winning entrant will be drawn at random at 24 Staple Street, Seventeen Mile Rocks, Queensland, Australia, 4073 on the first week of every month until promotion is closed.
11.   The winner will be notified by subscribed email within 7 days of the promotion draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12.   The Promoter will notify the winner when the prize has been shipped or where the prize can be collected.
13.   The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.   By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15.   The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
16.   The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
17.   The winner’s name will be published on the Promoters mailing newsletters and social media platforms.
18.   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
